What Documents Will Be Needed For Credit Repair?
- Credit Score Login Information (Email and Password)
- Last 4 digits of your Social Security Number (SSN)
- A clear photo of your Social Security Card
- A clear photo of your driver’s license, state ID, or passport (must be unexpired)
- One of the following, dated within the last 30 days): Utility bill (electric, gas, phone, cable, trash, water)

How Do Credit Repair Services Work?
Any adverse elements affecting your credit score will be disputed every 30–35 days. Disputes will begin 2–3 business days after payment is received. Personal Information Update: Your personal details will be updated, and security freezes will be placed if necessary. Negative Items: Collections, charge-offs, and other derogatory accounts will be disputed. Hard Inquiries: Any unauthorized or inaccurate hard inquiries will be addressed. If necessary, a CFPB complaint will be filed to expedite the process and reinforce the removal of inaccurate or unverifiable items.

How Long Does The Credit Repair Process Take?
The dispute process takes 7-9 calendar weeks (35-45 business days) for updates. Please do not contact us asking for updates before this timeframe. It is essential to acknowledge the unique circumstances of each individual. The duration may vary, potentially requiring less or more time based on your specific financial circumstances.

What is the refund policy?
